Powder bases in which innovation, tradition and quality are perfectly combined. They are available in different dosage formulas, also saccharose-free, for both hot and cold process to craft the finest Italian Gelato, ice-cream, soft ice-cream, frozen beverages and sorbets following milk or water based recipes so as to obtain creamy, velvety, smooth or resistant texture and mouth feel.
The range is extremely wide and it also includes low dosage structural integrators, vanilla-, yogurt- and (bitter) chocolate-flavoured powder mixes as well as many other delicious products. Customized formulas according to the client's wishes are also offered.
POWDER MIXES "SPRINTESSE LINE"
Key elements of the modern Italian Gelato production. These healthy, tasty and easy-to-use mixes permit a hygienic and rapid Gelato preparation. They have a resistant texture even in cold-process Gelato making and can be enriched with fresh or frozen fruit and flavour-sharpening pastes.
POWDER MIXES "SOFT ICE-CREAM AND YOGHURT SOFT ICE-CREAM LINE"
These quality products are intended for soft ice-cream production. They are easy-to-use and permit the creation of tasty, velvety and airy ice-cream in many fruit and cream flavours.
A wide array of classic cream and alcoholic flavours. Nutritional quality is at the core of their formula to create tasty, irresistible Italian Gelato. Thanks to the various formulas and dosage possibilities and their wide range of flavours they can be creatively used in pastry and catering preparations. Milc also offers ad-hoc formulas to satisfy specific preparation needs.
PASTES "FRUTTISSIMA LINE"
With 40% minimum fruit content, available in a wide array of flavours. They are largely used in modern Gelato and pastry making as well as in the catering industry either as unique ingredient or as added ingredient in semifreddo preparations, parfaits and desserts.

A classic product that over the years has gained the appreciation of the most demanding gourmets is Amarenada by Milc. The main reason for its success lies in the selection of first quality black cherries and the traditional production method that represents our effort and strong will to always furnish excellent products to Gelato manufacturers.
